Help Us Celebrate TFI Local Link Galway Drivers Who Go Above and Beyond

Every day, TFI Local Link Galway drivers support communities across Galway by providing safe, reliable, and welcoming transport. Often, it’s the small extra actions - a kind word, extra patience, or a helping hand - that make a journey truly positive.
The National Transport Authority (NTA) runs the Above and Beyond Campaign to recognise public transport drivers who make a real difference to passengers’ experiences.
We are inviting TFI Local Link Galway passengers to share positive stories about drivers who went above and beyond during their journey. This could be anything from offering extra assistance, calmly handling a difficult situation, or simply showing care and professionalism when it mattered most.
Your story does not need to be dramatic. Everyday acts of kindness and support are exactly what the campaign aims to highlight.
Who can take part?
Any passenger who has had a positive experience with a TFI Local Link Galway driver.

Stories must be submitted by Thursday 14th May.
Selected stories may be shared as part of the NTA Above and Beyond Campaign to help celebrate the important work carried out by Local Link drivers across Ireland.
